I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were kept clean and had an average bathroom. I enjoyed the volcano view from my balcony. The service was exceptional with wonderful customer service from everyone, especially at the reception desk. The location was perfect, within easy reach of a nice natural park and just a few yards from the bustling center of the small town. The dining options were convenient and the facilities were great. However, the price may not suit all budgets and the dining experience could be better.
